Luxury watches that can only be described as unique, deLaCour releases is newest model, the Iridium Sagra Triplex watch. Here is a watch with true armor plating - being the first watch to make use of iridium metal plates. Iridium is probably the most corrosion resistant metal around, repelling the effects of acid and other corrosive chemicals. The metal is placed within the platinum group of metals meaning that it is exceedingly rare, difficult to machine, and expensive. When cast, iridium has a yellowish hue that you can make out in the images, making it look like a dull gold.
Inside is a large flying tourbillon-based manually wound movement that displays three time zones. The main dial displays time in a standard 12 hour format, while two subsidiary dials show two other time zones, each in 24 hour time. The watch also features a power reserve indicator that is likely located on the rear of the watch. The impressively sized timepiece will be offered in limited numbers with a rubber or alligator strap.
A tribute to the fascinating dance of the stars, the Cat’s Eye Annual and Zodiac Calendars presents an attractive version of time passing by. In the heart of this watch made of mother of pearl, gold and diamonds, a movement crafted by Girard-Perregaux allows to unite civil time, the lunar cycle and the zodiac cycle.
The Cat’s Eye Annual and Zodiac Calendars combines with the precision of its movement the part of mystery involved in querying the constellations. Its windows open onto distant worlds. Guided by a lucky star, the signs of the zodiac glide by alongside the months of the year. In the centre of the dial, the moon shows its various faces. At 2 o'clock, the date completes the annual calendar, by an ingenious device automatically allowing for months of a different length. A single annual correction at most is needed, in February.
Fragments of universe cut out in the mother of pearl, celestial visions moving across the gracious dial: terrestrial, lunar and stellar time is brought together harmoniously in a watch with a remarkable aesthetic power of attraction. Girard-Perregaux demonstrates once again the art of incorporating watch complications as design features in their own right. The combination of precious materials and gentle curves completes the refinement of the Cat’s Eye Annual and Zodiac Calendars. Crafted in gold, the characteristic oval of this collection is here adorned with 68 diamonds (about 0.68 carats) on the bezel. The irresistible sparkle of the precious stones echoes the iridescent reflections of the mother-of-pearl dial, which make each watch unique. The product of painstaking work, in itself it requires about sixty manufacturing steps.
Such sophistication demands perfection in the slightest details. This set of functions is driven by the Girard-Perregaux GP033M0 mechanical movement with automatic winding, which is unveiled through the transparent case-back.

Steven Stamkos - Young Ice Hockey Star and NHL First Overall Draft Pick

The watch is done in 18kt white gold, set with diamonds and oval-shaped. The dial features a floral motif engraved on white mother-of-pearl with diamond hour-markers.
Movement is the hand-wound AP caliber 2046 with 18 jewels, beating at 21,600 bph and with a power reserve of 42 hours. All parts are decorated by hand with a circular-grained plate, bridges that are rhodium-plated, bevelled, snailed and adorned with “Cotes de Geneva” finish.

The new model from Zenith “Baby Star Elite” the movemet is a in house calibre Elite 67 with 27 jewels, the watch beats at 28,800 bph and with a large power reserve of 50 hours. The central rotor is set on a ball bearing. The case is made from stainless steel, set with white or black diamonds (1 Carat) and measures 32mm. The crystal is AR-coated, and water resistant to 30 meters.
The dial is available with black or silver guilloche, done in the “Onde” pattern, with hand-applied indices that are set with diamonds. Straps are white or black alligator.

Transposing the voyage of the world’s greatest explorers onto a watch dial was the astounding technical and aesthetic challenge taken up by the Geneva-based watch manufacturer Vacheron Constantin. The “grand feu” polychrome enamelled dial consists of two parts, with one partially overlapping the other. The upper part depicts a portion of the globe by reproducing an historical map relating to the feats of the great explorer. The twelve hour numerals move across a 132° minute scale on the lower part of the dial of this mysterious watch embodying the finest horological traditions and featuring a truly stunning complication.

This partnership - a result of shared entrepreneurial excellence -- made it possible for Parmigiani to launch its innovative aquatic timekeeper. The Pershing collection comprises two different lines: The first one is the limited edition ‘one-one-five’, available in 18 carat rose gold and 950 Palladium comes in two dial versions, tan and silver, each of 115 pieces, incorporating the self-winding chronograph movement Calibre PF 190.
It has been created in honour of the biggest and most prestigious Pershing vessel, measuring 115 feet which can be found engraved on the watch case-back. It is an echo of the finest rare wood varieties or refined leatherwork in a yacht's interior furnishings.
The second line is the Pershing Chronographs collection, available in steel with four dial variants, and is non-limited edition. The special form of the numerals on the dial is in the spirit ofthe Pershing logotype. The models incorporate all the style codes now connected to the brand, thus retaining a classic appearance.
The emblematic curve of its loops, the ‘Delta’ shaped hands, the dial colours and decorations, the refinement of the finishes along with all the components of the chronograph movement. It comes in four dial versions: graphite, silver, blu metal and amaranth.
This steel-only piece is inspired by the silvery reflections of Pershing yacht hulls, an emblematic, instantly recognisable colour of the Italian brand. The steel metal exhibits contrasts between the satin-finished loops and shiny watch middle band.
It incorporates the new Parmigiani ‘house’ self-winding chronograph movement Calibre PF 334, completely developed by the Fleurier manufacture. Available with a rubber strap or steel bracelet, it is also water resistant to 200 metres, and has a rotary bezel and engraved case-back representing one of Pershing's flagship models.
The new collections are now available at Parmigiani Boutique, Dubai, on level one of the New Retail Extension in Wafi Mall.

Swiss luxury watchmaker OMEGA presents the third phase of its Beijing 2008 Olympic Games Collection with two Limited Edition Seamaster Aqua Terra Chronographs. The timing of the launch highlights the "lucky number 8” theme of the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games Collection itself: 2 February 2008 represents “Minus 188” days until the Opening Ceremony. This is the model that accompanied Lewis Gordon Pugh throughout his voyage to the North Pole.
Limited to only 50 pieces, this watch is equipped with the “Solar Navigator” navigation system which allows easy orientation based on the position of the sun and shade. All 50 watches travelled with the explorers to the North Pole and functioned perfectly after withstanding the extreme temperatures.

In terms of its appearance, the bridge of the rotor and the oscillating weight are fully decorated with the "Clou de Villemont", the brand's distinctive V-shaped pattern, and these are visible via a transparent sapphire case-back.
The bezel featuring the Solar Navigation System - an essential tool for explorations in extreme conditions and a manual alternative to the universal GPS system - enables the wearer to navigate in all conditions without having to rely on batteries or the position of satellites. It works simply by aligning the number on the bezel corresponding to the hour indicated on the dial with the hour hand. For example, if it is 15:00 (3pm), position the bezel so that the number 15 on the bezel is opposite the hour hand (at 3 o'clock). The sun symbol R is then opposite the SW mark on the dial; which indicates that the sun is in the southwest. The other cardinal points can then be easily calculated.

The dial shows a representation of the stars visible under a typical Paris night. The rotating disk is made of aventurine glass. On the back of the timepiece, the disk surrounding the calendar is set with real meteorite.
The case, in 18kt rose, measures 42mm. It has double sapphire crystals and is water resistant to 30 meters.
Movement is a manual-wind Jaeger LeCoultre caliber exclusively developed for Van Cleef & Arpels. It has 24 jewels, beating at 28,800 bph and with a power reserve of 40 hours.

Omega introduces the brightest new star of the Constellation family with the Quadrella Mini High Jewellery timepiece. Featuring 1,724 diamonds (10.18 carats) displayed in a unique snow setting, the case is made of 18kt rose gold and measures 25mm X 19mm.
Movement is the quartz Omega caliber 1376. The crystal is AR-coated sapphire. The Omega logo and name have been etched on the inside of the sapphire crystal. It is water resistant to 30 meters.
